Lobo Crossing is bringing Albuquerque its first large mixed-use space in over 20 years. Complete with retail, restaurants, and numerous outparcels, the project will complement the UNM campus and benefit residents throughout the city.

The 38.06-acre mixed-use development is bringing a range of retail and restaurant options to Albuquerque across a 363,000-square-foot open-air center, and is set to begin construction on the first phase presently.  Major tenants coming to the center include:
